If you want to return or exchange your order, I’m here to help! I offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days after you receive your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once you have gotten in contact, I will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. I can do this via email and you print it out, or via the post. Please keep in mind that the latter will take a bit more time to process and if your country of residence is not Australia, shipping your goods may take longer than expected. Please also note, that items sent back without getting in contact first will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that I may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned due to change of mind, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on discounted or final sale items.
Faulty or Replacement
If the mechanism in the clock is faulty, please get in contact as soon as possible. I will be able to replace the faulty one for a new mechanism. Given that the battery is replaced when it dies, a quartz mechanism should last for 10 years. When the time comes to replace the mechanism, I'll happily replace it for you. Get in contact and we'll be able to organise postage, e.c.t. Alternatively, you can find a replacement mechanism and swap it out yourself.
Exchanges
Once you have been in contact asking to exchange, return the item you have. If we haven’t already started talking about it, have a look on the website and decide what you would like instead. Once the return has been received and accepted, you will be notified and your exchange will be confirmed.
European Union 3 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
